Registration fees

Early Registration before March 27, 2026: 490 €
Regular Registration before July 1, 2026: 590 €
Student registration* anytime: 290 €
On-site Registration** 690 €
Accompanying person *** anytime: 200 €

The registration fee includes welcome reception, one Book of Abstracts, access to all presentations, lunches and refreshments, the Symposium Gala Dinner and the Maribor sightseeing tour. All authors who wish to have their work published in the proceedings must have one registered attendee.

*Students registering and paying “students’ rates” must submit an official letter in English from the University or school indicating their current status.
** On-site registration and payment must be agreed in advance with the DHM 2026 secretariat.
*** The accompanying person fee includes access to the Welcome reception, the Symposium Gala Dinner and the Maribor sightseeing tour.

Use the below registration form to register for DHM2026.

The University of Maribor undertakes to properly keep and protect all personal data obtained with the registration for DHM2026 symposium in a way that will prevent any unjustified disclosures of data to unauthorized persons.
Data will be handled only by authorized persons. The participant who has registered for DHM2026 symposium allows the use of the email address to receive electronic information from the symposium secretariat.
The registered participant may require access, correction or deletion of personal data, or lodge an objection against the processing or withdraw the given consent by sending an e-mail to dhm2026.fs@um.si.

Payment Method

Payment only by bank money transfer.

Participants will receive the invoice after full payment is received.
